As part of the foundation’s activities in the field of health, it created the Ted Arison Medical Tower at the Suraski Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital), Tel Aviv.
This grand scale contribution was aimed at advancing more attentive, humane, and caring medical services, and it has set a new benchmark for medical care in Israel.
The Ted Arison Family Foundation’s contribution to the construction of this advanced hospitalization facility, together with Shari Arison’s personal involvement, brought a giant leap in quality and excellence in all aspects pertaining to medicine, for the benefit of the Israel society. (First grant made in 1995, and Ichilov Hospital, Tel Aviv, was inaugurated in 2002)
